Our 30-day promise

We want you to love your Maison Astrelle order. If you don't, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked. Yes, even if you've opened it, swatched it, and worn it: makeup can only truly be judged on your skin.

How to start a return

Email help@maisonastrelle.com with your order number. We'll reply with simple return instructions within one business day.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or faulty.

Exchanges & shade swaps

Chose the wrong shade? We'll happily swap it. Email us and we'll arrange the exchange. You only cover return postage.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Subscribe & Save orders

Subscription orders carry the same 30-day guarantee, and you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us.
