Refund policy

Our 30-day promise

We want you to love your Aldbrook order. If it is not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with the tags still attached.

How to start a return

Email help@maisonastrelle.com with your order number. We'll reply with simple return instructions within one business day.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or faulty.

Size and colorway exchanges

Ordered the wrong size or want a different colorway? We'll happily exchange it. Email us and we'll arrange the swap. You only cover return postage.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.
