Shipping policy

Processing

Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Florida studio. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery

Every order ships with tracked delivery via a trusted carrier. Estimated transit is 3–7 business days within the United States.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on orders over $75. Under that, a flat rate of $5.95 applies.

Priority shipping

Prefer to skip the line? Priority shipping can be added in your cart, and it's included at no charge with every Subscribe & Save order.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves us. If it hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email help@maisonastrelle.com and we'll chase it for you.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Address changes

Spotted a typo in your address? Email us as soon as possible. We can update it any time before your order ships.
