These Terms of Service govern your use of maisonastrelle.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Aldbrook. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your region, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the Site or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Products & pricing

We work hard to display our products, colorways, and prices accurately, but screens vary and errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, and limit quantities at any time. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in US dollars.

Orders & payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example where we suspect fraud or where a pricing error occurred. If we cancel your order after payment, you'll receive a full refund. Payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Shipping, returns & our 30-day promise

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. If you don't love your order, our Return & Refund Policy gives you 30 days from delivery for a full refund.

Promotions & discount codes

Unless stated otherwise, one discount code may be used per order, codes can't be applied to past purchases, and we may modify or end a promotion at any time.

Product care

Care instructions are printed on each garment's label. Wash cold, tumble dry low, and reshape while damp to preserve the fit and the weight of the fabric over time.

Reviews & submitted content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Aldbrook a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our store and marketing. Don't submit content that is unlawful or infringes anyone's rights.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including our name, wordmark, product names, copy, and imagery, belongs to Aldbrook and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aldbrook will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
